I bought a never titled 2024 TrailBoss from Ferris last year. Last Friday while driving a loss of the entire ABS system & the throttle was limited. Fortunately i wasn’t far from the Dealership & limped the vehicle to your shop. After approximately 45 minutes I was informed that I could leave & someone would notify me when they found the issue. I never received a call on Friday & did not know the Service Department was closed on Saturday. I then had to rent a vehicle for the weekend and returned on Monday to your shop. After some time I was notified that the battery was the culprit & caused a laundry list of errors. I was told that it was not a warrantable repair. I have owned this vehicle for less than a year and find this unacceptable. I was fortunate enough to be in close proximity to your shop when this happened & not on the road 100 of miles from home. I bought my first vehicle in 1972 from Red Ferris & have owned 3-S-20s, 4-Avalanches, & 3-Silverados. I will seriously be looking at other Dealerships for my next purchase. I had an airbag replaced due to a recall

Don’t figure out issue I came to have serviced. Our Heater/AC makes a hissing noise a lot. Was told they didn’t hear it when in service department. 2nd time we had it there for same issue. Was told the 1st time is was normal. If that is normal , they can have car back.

Everyone we dealt with were very knowledgeable and friendly.
